  22. as part of the executable code. You may not include any of this code as  
  23. part of a library which you distribute, regardless of the manner in which you
  24. distribute the library.  A library is here defined as either source code
  25. files or compiled units which can be used with Borland's compilers and
  26. Borland's Turbo Vision.
